Parts that have to work
Jigs, fixtures, housings, end-effectors, prototype assemblies and low-volume production parts — printed in resin, nylon or engineering thermoplastics, quoted against your drawing.
Two machines, two disciplines. An engineering-grade line producing high-precision components for industry, and a commercial line making ready-to-order pieces and premium custom work.
An engineering team buying functional parts and a customer buying a finished object need different conversations. We keep them separate from the first click.
Jigs, fixtures, housings, end-effectors, prototype assemblies and low-volume production parts — printed in resin, nylon or engineering thermoplastics, quoted against your drawing.
Desk pieces, planters, lighting and decor from our commercial line — or a custom piece made to your idea, in small runs for corporate gifting.
We match the process to the job rather than pushing whichever machine is free. If a part is better machined than printed, we say so.
Fine-feature prototypes, enclosures, jigs and visual models where surface quality and small detail matter more than impact strength.
End-use brackets, ducting, fixtures and living-hinge parts that need to take load, heat and repeated handling without support structures.
Large formwork, guards, tooling aids and shop-floor parts where build volume, cost per gram and impact resistance decide the choice.
Common market materials, selected per application. Anything outside this list, ask — we will tell you if it is the right call.
| Material | Process | Typical use | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard resin | SLA | Prototypes, enclosures, models | Brittle under impact; not for load |
| Tough / ABS-like resin | SLA | Snap fits, jigs, handles | Better impact, still UV-sensitive |
| High-temp resin | SLA | Moulds, hot-air fixtures | Limited flex; check continuous heat |
| PA12 nylon | SLS / MJF | Brackets, hinges, end-use parts | Porous surface unless sealed |
| Glass-filled PA12 | SLS / MJF | Stiffer structural parts | More abrasive, less elongation |
| PETG / ASA | FDM | Guards, covers, outdoor parts | Layer lines; anisotropy under load |
| TPU | FDM | Gaskets, grips, dampers | Slow to print; limited detail |
| PA-CF (carbon nylon) | FDM | Tooling, stiff functional parts | Requires hardened nozzle; brittle in thin walls |
Representative parts from recent jobs. Specs shown are what the part was printed to — not a catalogue of what the machine can theoretically do.

Holds a connector body at a fixed angle during soldering. Printed with locating pins and a relief channel for the cable.

Low-mass gripper fingers with internal lattice, replacing machined aluminium on a pick-and-place cell.

Five-part electronics enclosure with snap fits and a light pipe, used for fit checks before tooling release.

Drill guide for a repeat assembly operation, with hardened insert bushes pressed in after printing.

Wear part for a packaging line, printed in glass-filled nylon to hold stiffness across a long span.

Outdoor-rated guard section with an integrated duct adaptor, printed in one piece to remove a weld step.
Our commercial line handles small, finished objects — for desks, homes, gifts and corporate orders. Prices shown are indicative retail for this demonstration; custom work is quoted per piece.

Stacking tray for pens, cards and a phone, in matte charcoal.

Watertight liner with a drainage insert. Four colourways.

Printed in translucent resin, warm diffused light, E27 fitting.

Weighted base, cable channel down the spine.

Made to order in small runs, engraved plate, your choice of finish.
Send a sketch, a reference photo or a rough dimension and we will come back with a price and a lead time. One-off pieces and small runs both welcome.
Retail prices shown are indicative for this demonstration site. Engineering parts are quoted per part and per quantity.
Every enquiry reaches a person, not a queue. Attach a drawing or model if you have one — it makes the quote faster and more accurate.
Your files stay confidential and are used only to quote and produce your part.
STEP is best for engineering parts because it carries real geometry. STL works but loses units and curves. Add a 2D drawing as PDF if there are tolerances or critical features. For consumer pieces a photo or sketch is enough to start.
Per part: material volume, machine time, post-processing and quantity. Engineering parts are quoted per job — we don't publish a list price because two parts the same size can differ tenfold in print time and finishing.
Confirmed with your quote. Small resin parts are usually days, not weeks. Large FDM parts and finishing work take longer. If you have a hard date, say it up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it.
We will tell you what the chosen process can hold for your geometry, and where it cannot. If a feature needs machining to hit the number, we will say that rather than print it and hope.
Files are used only to quote and produce your part. We don't resell, publish or reuse customer geometry. If you need an NDA before sending files, ask and we will sign one first.
Yes — tens to low hundreds depending on the part and process. Above that, injection moulding usually wins on unit cost and we will tell you when you have crossed that line.
